Parts Counterperson
to join our growing dealership team. This role is essential to keeping our Service and Parts departments running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries
Accurately locate, price, and order parts
Maintain proper inventory levels and organization
Receive, stock, and label parts shipments
Process returns, warranties, and special orders
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Work closely with service and management to ensure fast turnaround times
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with parts catalogs and dealership systems
Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
