Responsibilities
Ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles and registrations, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to verify and finalize all title‑related documentation.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Communicate effectively with internal departments providing updates and resolving any title‑related inquiries.
Coordinate with external agencies and dealerships to expedite title processing and resolve discrepancies.
Review and audit title documents for accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to title processing and documentation for management review.
Qualifications
Experience in processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and finance teams to verify and finalize title‑related documentation.
Proven track record of maintaining organized records of title transactions for easy access and retrieval.
