Job Overview
Seeking part‑time availability for shifts from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Transportation to job locations in the Columbia area is required.
Responsibilities
Approach customers in‑store and offer them a chance to enter the $10,000 window and door sweepstakes.
Have a brief conversation with interested homeowners about their concerns with windows and doors.
Present solutions and schedule a visit with a Design Consultant to inspect their windows and doors.
Provide pricing that is guaranteed for a full year.
Set appointments for prospective clients; the more appointments, the larger the monthly bonus.
Schedule & Hours Two shifts are available, Tuesday through Sunday. Agents work 8–35 hours per week. Brand Ambassadors work 3–6 shifts per week, maintaining a very flexible schedule. Events and trade shows may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. This opportunity earns full‑time pay while working part‑time hours.
Compensation Base hourly rate: $15 per hour. Monthly bonuses based on the number of appointments set.
