Role Summary As a Bank Teller at Southwest Missouri Bank, you will be the face of exceptional customer service, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to our valued clients. You will handle a variety of teller transactions and address banking inquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard.
Responsibilities
Prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to clients.
Handle teller transactions and address banking inquiries.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our bank products and services.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers effectively.
Foster lasting relationships and enhance the community's financial well-being.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Trustworthiness and integrity; confidentiality in all transactions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented; accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
Basic cash handling skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Jack Henry).
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, ten-key, telephone systems.
Bilingual in Spanish is a benefit.
