Base Pay Range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Leasing: Match our products with the needs of prospective members; reach out through various modalities (in person, email, text, phone) and learn requirements and budgets. Walk through vacant apartments daily to ensure they are tour-ready, looking their best, and in good working order. Schedule and conduct tours, offer no-risk contactless leasing when appropriate, assist in screening applications and selection process, prepare and obtain signatures for lease agreements and lease upgrades, maintain wait list for properties, and participate in company-wide and/or local marketing initiatives.
Move‑In: Schedule and coordinate move‑in with building staff and member, ensure apartment is ready and immaculate on agreed date, follow all appropriate procedures and oversee necessary paperwork, welcome member with DVORA swag, enroll members in DVORA Marketplace, and provide support via our proprietary app.
Promote DVORA Marketplace: Identify opportunities to support members by promoting bundles, subscription, and a la carte services/spaces that align with their lifestyles; help them easily add, upgrade, or drop add‑ons that are no longer needed.
Community: Maintain expert knowledge of properties, including amenities and spaces; attend building and/or partner events; interact with and support members ad hoc; assist with related duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2+ years of related experience in leasing, hospitality, Customer Success, or sales/service‑related role.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to easily navigate our proprietary service request tool and related systems such as MS Office.
