Rooms To Go is hiring a

Retail Office Assistant

to support sales associates, customers, and store management in the offices of our retail stores. Responsibilities include processing payments, handling finance applications, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care, answering phones, and performing various office duties as assigned.

Base pay range $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr

What We're Looking For

Over one year of relevant experience preferred

Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation

Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED

A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
