Responsibilities

Achieve preset sales objectives.

Develop network and clientele.

Capture client information; consistently add information to further promote boutique relationships and sales.

Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections.

Provide outstanding customer service.

Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after‑sales service techniques.

Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Open/close boutique as required.

Handle communication with the corporate office in the absence of management.

Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.

Handle transfers in the absence of management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high‑end luxury product sales is preferred.

Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Able to work open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the work day.

Reach to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves.

Bend to access product stored within cabinets.

Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product.

Unpack and/or lift large boxes that contain product.

Physical requirements/working conditions: physically demanding retail environment, frequent lifting, standing, and reaching.

Performance standards and technical requirements: uphold brand standards, demonstrate product knowledge, and meet sales targets.

Expected hourly range: $21–$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
