What You Bring
Active NMLS license & 2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
Proven ability to structure and close loans efficiently.

Compensation & Perks
Commission‑based earnings – Your success = your paycheck.
Prevailing minimum wage base pay.
Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps.
