engage with customers, create an exceptional in‑store experience, and provide leadership and support to store partners. They embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision and Values through their actions, demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and strong point‑of‑sale proficiency. Key Holders partner with leadership to exceed sales goals, support team development, and manage store operations. Key Holder Duties
Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long‑standing customer relationships. Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits. Maintain and achieve measurable goals: units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, item add‑ons, and customer information capture rates. Stay informed on promotional and advertising updates. Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping. Assist with merchandise processing, replenish floor stock, and complete sales transactions accurately. Adhere to cash handling and media accountability policies at POS registers. Seek ongoing skill development and improve metrics with store leadership. Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and comply with Time and Attendance policy. Enforce all applicable laws and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate high quality work, attendance, and appearance.
