What You'll Do
Managing correspondence, calls, and clerical functions
Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance documentation
Assisting with billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers
Preparing monthly reports and supporting accounts receivable
Coordinating with physicians, nurses, and internal teams
Maintaining confidentiality and fostering positive relationships
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year in healthcare data entry; healthcare experience preferred
Skills: Proficient in Word and computer applications; Familiarity with medical terminology
Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence
