Manage the full parts sales process from start to finish Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members Provide timely updates on parts status Use the parts catalog to accurately identify needed components Handle phone calls, price quotes, and customer inquiries Review body shop estimates to confirm correct parts and pricing Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers Pull and fill orders from stock while maintaining weekly bin checks Inform the Parts Manager of any out-of-stock or urgent needs Locate out-of-stock parts and place emergency orders when necessary Bill internal parts requests on service repair orders Process payments and obtain credit authorization for retail customers What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years automotive parts counter experience Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to read and interpret parts, safety, and maintenance documents Ability to perform basic math and measurements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency with computers Experience using

CDK

and

Snap-On EPC
