Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. You will follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
Education/Qualifications
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Previous maintenance experience required.
Shift & Wage
Part‑time opportunity available.
Shifts needed: Varies – 8‑hour shifts.
Wage: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Employment Details Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr.
