Wendle Motors in Spokane, WA is seeking a full‑time Parts Counterperson to support retail and wholesale customers with parts and accessories. The role requires customer‑focused service, strong attention to detail, and a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Automotive parts counter experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable using parts electronic catalogs.
Mechanical aptitude.
Must be at least 18 years old.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Pay & Schedule
$50,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
Look up parts accurately using electronic catalogs and systems.
Provide pricing, availability, and product details to customers.
Process parts orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Handle customer returns and exchanges with appropriate documentation.
Stock shelves, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with inventory counts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly parts counter area.
Work with outside sales reps to support their wholesale customer needs.
Keep up with promotions and suggest complementary products when appropriate.
Follow all company and manufacturer guidelines regarding parts sales.
