Suites Supervisor
Pay Range:
$18.00 to $20.00

Job Summary Ensures that suites are set‑up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees Suites food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
Develops a positive rapport with guests.
Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year leadership experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
