Enhance the patient experience by being a friendly, compassionate presence for patients and their families. Team up with healthcare professionals, including RNs and medical staff, to ensure top-notch care. Keep daily operations running smoothly by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), transporting supplies, and supporting unit needs. Stay sharp and organized by documenting care accurately in the EMR and communicating effectively with the team. Prioritize safety and infection control to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications
Experience: At least 3+ years of recent CNA experience in a hospital setting. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
