Customer Service Representative – Transdev North America
Transdev in Perris, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to supervisor.
Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Benefits
$18.87 hourly (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale).
Vacation: up to 5 days per year.
Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours annually.
Full‑time employees receive medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days; life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.
Drug‑free Workplace
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Applicants must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
