Eminence Home Care
Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team and help enhance the quality of life for our clients in their homes. As a DCW, you will provide essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well‑being. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and offer companionship to promote emotional health. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their overall well‑being.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering trust and reliability.
Requirements
Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
