WHAT YOU WILL DO: In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials and products move accurately and on schedule - supporting high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

You will:

Receive incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returns, noting any visible damage on delivery documentation

Verify received items against purchase orders and receiving paperwork for quantity, part number, dimensions, and condition

Prepare outbound shipments, including packing slips and shipping documentation for domestic customers

Create commercial invoices for international shipments using the Ace Secure Data Portal

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move sheet stock, materials, and inventory

Accurately enter transactions into the ERP system and maintain shipping and receiving records

Unpack incoming parts and enter repair and overhaul orders into the ERP system when applicable

Process shipments using customer-specified shipping systems as required

Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate transportation logistics

Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to storage or manufacturing areas using forklifts or hand lifts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety and quality standards

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

High school diploma or GED

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Forklift experience or willingness to become certified (preferred)

Experience with shipping, receiving, or ERP systems is a plus
