Legal Customer Service Representative Our client is seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide the firm’s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Use of Salesforce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phone.
Working with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlements.
Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria.
Uploading these documents to their system.
Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
This is a heavy client facing role in a call center structure.
Required Skills & Experience
This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus.
Must possess superior communication skills.
Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
