Retail Stocking Associate – Harbor Freight Tools
A part‑time Retail Stocking Associate is a valued member of a high‑performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do. The anticipated rate for this position is $15.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible associates (and their families) may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and short‑term disability plans. Eligible associates can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan, accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), and receive paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Provide a great experience for customers. Receive, inspect, and stock product. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to the attendance policy is required. Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder. Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program). Job Details
