R-7638**Job Description:****Position Summary:**The **Brand Ambassador** plays an important role in introducing our company to new homeowners identified through our Welcome Visit Zillow Program. This team member drives a company vehicle to complete a daily route of scheduled stops, leaving behind Welcome Cards and informational materials at each home or business.This is not a sales position; the focus is on creating brand awareness and ensuring every new homeowner receives a professional first impression. Accuracy, time management, and dependability are key to success in this role.**Key Responsibilities:*** Drive a company vehicle to complete a scheduled route of Welcome Visit appointments each day.* Leave a Welcome Card and approved marketing materials at each property according to the Zillow Welcome Visit process.* Take a clear photo of the leave-behind and upload it to the CRM
to document completion.* Maintain accurate records of all completed visits and communicate daily progress to the Sales Manager.* Ensure the company vehicle is clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary materials before leaving for the route.* Represent the company professionally in appearance, conduct, and communication while in the community.* Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.* Manage time effectively to ensure all appointments on the route are completed each day.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.* Excellent time management and organizational skills.* Dependable and trustworthy with a strong attention to detail.* Comfortable using mobile apps for photo uploads and route tracking.* Prior route, delivery, or field experience preferred but not required.**Compensation and Benefits:*** Hourly pay with incentive bonuses based on completed and documented appointments.* Full-time position (40 hours per week).* Company vehicle and fuel provided for work use.* Eligible for company benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc.).* Opportunity for growth within the company.At Waynes our goal is to provide World Class Service-Every Time!
