Serve as a frontline representative for the charitable foundations we partner with, engaging with the public to promote awareness and support for their missions. Take part in executing daily operations, assisting with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that ensure our campaigns and events run smoothly. Stay up to date on organizational policies, procedures, and messaging to effectively communicate with event attendees and potential donors. Offer input on how to improve existing outreach strategies, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and impact. Collaborate with teammates during internal meetings to align on goals, campaign updates, and best practices. Join in on group outreach efforts and promotional activities at live events, supporting the team in both individual and collaborative initiatives. Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail to keep up with daily operations and event coordination. Ability to manage time efficiently and balance multiple responsibilities without losing focus or momentum. Comfortable working independently when needed, while also being a dependable part of a larger team. Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust messaging based on your audience. Friendly, approachable, and respectful when interacting with the public, team members, and partners. Adaptable and resourceful.
