Position Overview The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, poise, and meticulous attention to detail while consistently delivering a five-star service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of high‑traffic and client‑facing areas, including lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the day: wiping surfaces, spot‑cleaning, restocking consumables, removing trash, and addressing spills or immediate needs.
Monitor restroom appearance and functionality, ensuring supplies are stocked and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
Support event preparation and breakdown, including setup/reset of meeting rooms, beverage stations, and guest areas.
Serve as a visible, approachable presence in common areas, providing courteous assistance to employees and visitors.
Demonstrate a five‑star hospitality mindset—anticipating needs, responding promptly, and going above and beyond to create a seamless workplace experience.
Collaborate with Reception, Security, and Workplace teams to support high‑profile visitors, executive events, and VIP experiences.
Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and communication at all times.
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
Maintain awareness of cleanliness trends and hygiene expectations within corporate environments.
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or day porter roles; luxury hotel, hospitality, or corporate services experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives and guests in a fast‑paced environment.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards consistently.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
