Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life daily, engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, teaching product details, introducing loyalty programs, and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the store.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
Introduce AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
Flexibly handle roles across sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates to achieve store goals.
Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Energy and enthusiasm while handling multiple tasks.
Availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Retired retail experience preferred.
Minimum age 16.
