The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for broadening the Network Control customer base ("NC"; SCADA/ADMS /EMS/GMS) customer base through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities at established and non-established NC customers for the Eastern U.S. territory. The focus for this person is IOUs, Rec, Muni, IPP, and other strategic opportunities as assigned in the U.S..

How you'll make an impact

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your territory

Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and site visits

Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM

Coordinate with technical, marketing, and proposal teams to craft winning bids

Lead RFP/RFI responses and partner strategy

Build executive-level relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment

Track competitor activity and market trends

Close collaboration with our Key account managers

Travel to customer sites (~40%) and leverage virtual engagement as needed

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in the electric utility sector

Proven ability to win new business and expand customer base

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Asset:

knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, EMS, GMS, and IT/OT convergence

experience selling enterprise software solutions to electric utility.
