Pay Range Base Pay: $80,000 to $100,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Responsibilities • Understand and recommend Orkin’s termite protection services.
• Perform thorough inspections, solve problems, and build trusted relationships.
• Communicate solutions confidently with customers, using the iPad and sales agreements.
• Prospect new business, schedule appointments, and use company resources to achieve goals.
• Prioritize safety and maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
