Customer Account Associate
Join Great West Casualty Company as a Customer Account Associate. This hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days remote, with Monday‑Friday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Provide first‑class customer service over the phone or via email to insured drivers.
Process payments, answer billing inquiries, and reinforce Great West’s value to drive renewals and direct billing.
Deliver upon the company standard: "The Difference is Service."
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ability to build client relationships through effective phone and written communication.
Experience working in insurance preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a dynamic team.
