Responsibilities
Build trust through in‑home consultations
Perform full inspections—from attics to crawlspaces
Deliver smart, tailored solutions using training and tools
Close deals confidently with an iPad‑based sales system
Grow business through company‑provided leads and personal drive
Operate a company vehicle safely
Work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
Prioritize safety in every aspect—equipment, environment, customer interaction
Perform duties in all weather conditions
Compensation
Average first‑year earning potential: $70,000–$95,000 (base + commission)

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and physically in the field
Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!)
Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated
Physical Job Requirements
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including possible OSHA‑compliant respirator
Work in various weather conditions
