Position Responsibilities
Complete and manage documentation requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
File and organize documents using established naming conventions for audit readiness and efficient retrieval
Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to collect required information and support customer needs
Provide backup support to peers and assist business areas with day‑to‑day tasks to maintain smooth workflow
Research and verify documentation details to ensure accuracy and prevent delays
What You Bring
Experience with food industry documentation highly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
Professional communication skills and commitment to service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file management systems
Schedule Part time | 20 - 24 hours per week onsite
