Responsibilities
Providing accurate and up-to-date visibility of the sales team’s performance
Calculating performance comparisons for analysis (such as a Year-Over-Year customer analysis)
Managing the forecasting process and tracking forecasting accuracy
Analyzing sales data to determine trends and best next steps
Managing the Sales Incentive Plan
Supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Supporting sales demand creation campaigns
Assisting in the contract lifecycle management of our customers
Additional responsibility may include supporting analysis and initiative requests by the CEO, COO, and HR
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, Excel, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant technologies to drive data‑driven decision‑making and optimize sales processes
Additional certifications in Sales Operations or Project Management are advantageous
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the sales domain; experience managing cross‑functional teams is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a customer‑centric mindset
In‑depth understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, market dynamics, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry
