Key Responsibilities

Expertise in Consulting Group platforms & solutions, inclusive of traditional investment products

Support assigned Consulting Group Advisory Directors by effectively collaborating to cover assigned territory and drive business results (transition assets to advisory, drive sales related to tactical campaigns)

Collaborate with Consulting Group Advisory Directors and desk resources on strategic engagements with high opportunity financial advisors

Establish, maintain and support strong relationships with financial advisors, field leadership and other key stakeholders

Partner with financial advisors to identify, highlight, and execute on specific business opportunities

Utilize Salesforce effectively and efficiently

Knowledge and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree required

Active Series 7 and 63, 65 (or 66) required

3+ years proficiency in financial markets and financial products 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or comparable commercially-oriented activities

Proven track record of driving results in a sales/marketing role

Salesforce (or alternative CRM) experience preferred

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package. Morgan Stanley’s total compensation may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefit programs.
