First year earning commission potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

In this opportunity, you will learn to generate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture relationships that support team production. You will work closely with experienced agents, reference active listings, and receive direct feedback that sharpens your communication skills. Responsibilities

Relentless lead follow-up

Follow the team plan

Set appointments

Close appointments

Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent

Database and CRM mastery

Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data

Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers

Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met

Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent

Qualifications

A real estate license is required

Superb communication

Commission opportunity

At least one year of real estate sales experience

Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car

Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred

Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions
