At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist - Jefferson County, PA Full Time / Salaried / JusticeWorks YouthCare

Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends
Location: Jefferson County, PA
Pay Range: $34,000-$38,000/year

About The Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated At‑Risk Youth Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide community-based support to at‑risk youth and their families, working closely with child welfare partners to help prevent out-of-home placement and promote family stability.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma required
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass all required background clearances
Ability to pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening
Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
Work with families to address challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships
Meet regularly with youth and families in home, school, and community settings
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans addressing barriers such as school concerns, legal involvement, family conflict, and substance use
Collaborate with child welfare agencies and community partners
Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
