NaphCare, Inc. is hiring a Pharmacy Consultant Contractor to conduct quarterly audits and ensure quality assurance of prescriptions filled by technicians or pharmacists. The role involves clinical review, documentation, and multi‑disciplinary communication for prescription accuracy.
Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance checks on new orders to ensure correctness.
Communicate with providers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and documentation of new or questionable orders.
Complete work activities to meet or exceed customer expectations in a timely manner.
Advise NaphCare on pharmacy regulatory matters and serve as the authorized agent with the AZ Board of Pharmacy.
Execute quality assurance checks of prescriptions filled by technicians or pharmacists.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.
Active, unrestricted license in the state of Michigan.
Working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems.
Integrity, professionalism, and ability to adhere to a code of conduct and comply with all facility correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Must pass the facility's criminal background check and drug screening.
