Sous Chef ready to take the next step . This role is ideal for a polished, high-potential leader who understands the business of the kitchen and is prepared to grow into an
Executive Sous Chef role , overseeing day-to-day culinary operations while executing the vision of the Executive Chef.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of salaried Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience
Proven success in high-volume operations ($2M+ in annual sales)
Upscale or polished-casual dining experience
Strong understanding of kitchen P&L including food cost, labor, inventory, and waste control
Ability to execute and enforce recipes, systems, and standards established by the Executive Chef
Demonstrated ability to lead the entire kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
Proven success in training, developing, and motivating culinary teams
Stable tenure with a track record of accountability and results
Professional, positive attitude with a team-first leadership style
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute the Executive Chef’s culinary vision
Manage daily BOH operations, scheduling, and line execution
Own food cost, labor cost, inventory, and purchasing controls
Ensure consistent recipe execution, plating, and quality standards
Train and mentor Sous Chefs, line cooks, and prep teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Step into an Executive Sous Chef role, running the kitchen as needed
What We Offer
