Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a dynamic, multi-concept account including a restaurant, café, grab-and-go program, and a robust private dining and events portfolio. This role is responsible for culinary leadership, consistency, and execution across the entire complex while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and guest experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee all culinary operations across the restaurant, café, grab & go, and events program for the full account
Lead and develop Chef de Cuisine, sous chefs, and culinary teams across multiple concepts
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution across all service styles
Partner with operations, service, and events leadership to align menus, staffing, and execution
Oversee culinary execution for on-site catering, private dining, and special events
Drive menu development, seasonal updates, and standardization across concepts
Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and waste to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards across the complex
Qualifications
7–10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in fine dining or upscale multi-concept environments
Prior experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef overseeing multiple outlets or service styles
Strong background in à la carte dining, café or retail-style service, and events or catering
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary leadership teams
Solid financial acumen with experience managing food cost, labor, and inventory at scale
Culinary degree or formal training preferred
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and events as required
