Description This position plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence PACE Irvington Village Assisted Living.
Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives.
Required Qualifications
In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may also be required.
Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework/Training: Activity professional certification
Experience in participant assessments and care planning
