Compensation
Driver Positions Pay Weekly: $1,120 or more per week
Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour
Hours per Week: 40 plus overtime
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Job Details
Route: Local Home Daily
Tractor Type: Straight Trucks
Trailer Type: 26' – must be able to drive manual
Trailer type details: Touch – HVAC
Endorsements: Hazmat required within 90 days of hire

Paid Personal Time Off: Start day 1 – 80 hours accrued in first year

Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check
Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
Class A or Class B tractor‑trailer experience: 9 months within 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules
Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
Maintain accurate records and logs
Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer
Perform other duties as assigned
