Lead a team in delivering print solutions that help customers achieve their print and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions and value‑added print and marketing solutions.
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community.
Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales and margin.
Consult with customers, ask open‑ended questions to offer appropriate options and deliver a total print solution to drive sales and dollars per transaction.
Leverage Salesforce.com to manage customers through in‑store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing priorities.
Basic computer skills – email, Microsoft Word or similar.
Attention to detail and quality awareness.
Conflict management skills, nonconfrontational and cooperative.
Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
Ability to overcome objection and engage customers to understand needs.
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Able to lift/move materials in the 10‑50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
