Territory Sales Representative
to grow our
California territory (Central Valley) , focusing on our
container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region. Warehouses supporting this territory are located in
Jurupa Valley, CA ,
Livermore, CA ,
Grand Prairie, TX
and
Salt Lake City, UT .
Compensation
Performance-Based Incentives:
Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
High-Earning Opportunity:
Top performers exceed over $125,000 total compensation as territory matures.

Resides in Southern California.
A self‑directed, detail‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation.
A college degree — or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks.” We’re looking for the best fit, not just a diploma.
