Responsibilities
Meet membership sales goals.
Attend all Membership Training/webinars.
Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff.
Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa.
Manage spa sales performance.
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships.
Capable of working flexible hours.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
18 years old or older (required)
Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Management experience 2+ years (preferred).
Sales experience 3+ years (preferred).
