Cult Gaia is excited to announce the opening of a temporary retail location in Atlanta, Georgia this winter. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Keyholder to join our team beginning in February for this seasonal pop-up. As a Keyholder at Cult Gaia, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique while delivering an exceptional standard of service to our discerning clientele. With a deep understanding of women’s fashion and a keen appreciation for our brand identity, you will serve as a beacon of style and expertise, offering personalized guidance and styling recommendations to elevate the customer journey. You will oversee daily store functions including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Use company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations

Lead and support training on sales proficiency and product knowledge

Complete all training and consistently execute company expectations

Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with style guide directives

Ensure completion of daily task lists and store checklists

Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold company asset protection standards

Assess daily performance and partner with leadership on areas of improvement

Complete monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools

Help build and maintain a positive, guest-focused team culture

Support the team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer experiences

Ensure accurate execution of opening and closing procedures

Be available to work weekends and most holidays

Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Take full ownership of store operations during assigned shifts

Required Skills

Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role

Experience as an assistant manager or keyholder preferred

Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating seamless experiences

Positive attitude and approachable demeanor

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver

Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Deep interest in fashion and strong knowledge of industry trends

Preferred Skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent

2+ years of retail experience in a customer-facing role

Previous experience in luxury or high-end fashion environments

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail operations
