Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Pay: Base salary $50,000–$55,000 per year with commission and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Your actual pay will depend on experience and performance.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio. TQL will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati for training, and again for any of our 60+ nationwide offices once you build a solid book of business.

What you’ll do
Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and manage daily operations.
Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
Build your own account book and use training to meet sales metrics.
Become eligible for commission.
Establish relationships to close new customers.
Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Elite work ethic, 100 % in‑office presence.
Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle conflict.
Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service.
