The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Realtor to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this position you will work alongside our Property Management team by leasing vacant listings as well as work as a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less. 50% of your day will be on the phones and 50% of your day will be at properties. You must be comfortable with interpersonal communication via telephone, email interaction, and face‑to‑face. This is a 1099 contractor position with uncapped earning potential. Build, grow, and maintain client relationships Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time Ensure current resident files are properly maintained 20+ phone calls per day Working weekends required What Qualifies You
Texas real estate license required Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS What Sets You Apart
Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate Professional verbal and written communication skills Highly self‑motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
