Job Description Assistant to Loan Officer - Loan Partner. Starting pay: $20–$24/hr DOE plus per file bonuses. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30 or 4pm PST. Available in Sacramento or Lodi branch.

Responsibilities

Manage the Loan Officer’s calendar and keep them on schedule.

Monitor and manage communication on behalf of the Loan Officer.

Source and follow up with leads, schedule and confirm appointments.

Prepare potential borrowers before they meet the Loan Officer.

Send thank‑you correspondence to borrowers and referral partners.

Assist with marketing responsibilities, including database management and campaign execution.

Collaborate on new, creative marketing ideas.

Manage and update social media sites and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate events such as Happy Hour, Lunch and Learn, and other client events.

Represent the Loan Officer’s team in a professional, outgoing manner.

Assist with assembling the loan application and completed file.

Qualifications

1 year of recent professional office work experience in a client‑facing role.

1 year of recent residential mortgage experience preferred.

NMLS licensed or ability to obtain within 90 days.

MS Office skills.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

World‑class customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to meet deadlines and hold team members accountable.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Stable work history required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
