Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.
Proven ability to identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
Proven success in new account opening and consumer loans origination.
High level of integrity and commitment to exceptional member service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Team‑oriented with flexibility to adapt and support various member needs.
Responsibilities
Actively listen to members' needs to identify, assess and educate on solutions that may include deposit accounts, loans and credit cards.
Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
Open new deposit accounts, originate and close consumer loans, and collect all required loan documents for processing.
Respond to member inquiries regarding account operations, service features, discrepancies, and effective utilization of offerings.
Complete the required internal trainings within 6 months of starting: CDs, New Accounts (incl. Specialty Accounts), IRAs, Personal Loans and Vehicle Loans.
Compensation Pay range: $19.00-$22.00 per hour. Final compensation determined by work experience, skills, education, certifications and internal pay equity.
