Responsibilities
Coordinating office and academic activities under the direction of the Chair of Mathematics and Computer Science Department.
Provides daily administrative support including correspondence, phones, scanning, filing, and ordering.
Assists with arrangements for upcoming meetings and preparation of documents or materials.
Prepares and submits travel forms, expense reimbursements, time/leave reports and online requisitions for invoice payments.
Maintains detailed and accurate records.
Communicates professionally and confidentially.
Coordinates events such as meetings, luncheons and special projects.
Qualifications The minimum requirement is a high school diploma, along with one year of specialized training in secretarial work and one year of clerical experience. An associate degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent proven experience is preferred.
Salary Information Commensurate with education and experience.
