Job Title : Administrative Specialist
Job Description Hybrid (3×/week) at Pensacola (GPO). The role focuses on streamlining operations and reducing risk exposure by ensuring documentation and procedural processes are complete and accurate.
Responsibilities
Audit and maintain the content catalog of enterprise learning materials.
Reconcile the content catalog with the employee‑facing learning management system to ensure alignment.
Build process automations to initiate content reviews on time and on schedule.
Ensure all final approvals are captured and stored appropriately.
Qualifications
(Required) High attention to detail.
(Required) Proficient in building SharePoint Lists and integrating with Microsoft Forms.
(Required) Familiar with naming conventions and standards for organization.
(Preferred) Experience using Power Automate to establish automation workflows and triggers.
(Preferred) Experience working with content and catalog management.
Location & Salary Pensacola, FL. Salary Range: $46,272.00 – $69,408.00 (posted 4 days ago).
