Job Details

Greet all clients warmly and follow Fortifi Bank’s Non‑Negotiable Service Standards

Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols

Uphold Fortifi Bank’s Core Values by Supporting Each Other, Building Relationships, providing Seamless Service, and having a Can‑Do Attitude

Respond to all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner

Monitor return email and mail, and identify the appropriate address

Recognize opportunity to promote additional banking products and services

Assist clients with questions and concerns, striving to handle 75% of calls single‑handedly

Process new internet banking enrollments

Document all notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program

Communicate necessary client information to branch staff and other departments in a timely manner

Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills

Build relationships with core system contacts to ensure optimal communication between both parties
