Role Overview The Management Analyst supports program operations through data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role assists program leadership with documentation, tracking, and process support.
Responsibilities include report preparation, data tracking, coordination support, and assisting with compliance and documentation requirements.
General Skillset
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Specific Skillset
Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support management reporting
Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metric tracking
Ability to prepare and maintain contract performance documentation
Experience supporting Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and status reporting
Knowledge of digital data management and reporting tools
Ability to support workforce utilization and contract compliance analyses
Basic understanding of government contract deliverables and reporting requirements
Requirements Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
Experience Requirements
2–4 years experience in analysis or administrative support
Strong documentation and reporting skills
